Corpoelec responde de forma efectiva a solicitudes del 1×10 del Buen Gobierno
Prensa MPPEEE (17/04/2023).- La Corporación Eléctrica Nacional (Corpoelec) se mantiene un contacto directo con las comunidades a través de la línea 58 de la plataforma Ven App para responder a las solicitudes de los ciudadanos y de esta forma garantizar un servicio eléctrico confiable.
Estas gestiones efectivas fueron confirmadas por Nadia Gómez, jefa de calle en el sector Portales de la urbanización Nueva Casarapa de Guarenas, municipio Plaza, estado Miranda, durante su participación vía telefónica en el programa “Con Maduro +”, conducido por el Jefe de Estado y transmitido todos los lunes por el canal Venezolana de Televisión (VTV) a las 5:00 PM.
“Tuvimos la afectación de un transformador que fue reportada a través de la aplicación Ven App y la línea 58 del Sistema 1×10 del Buen Gobierno; y tuvimos inmediatamente respuesta por parte del equipo de Corpoelec que vino al sector a apoyarnos en la contingencia”, aseguró.
Explicó que el transformador será reemplazado a la brevedad, acción que agradecen las 80 familias de la comunidad del sector de Nueva Casarapa, desde donde se han reportado otros casos con una respuesta efectiva.
“La comunicación a través de este canal es importante para las comunidades, porque permite un contacto directo con los organismos de servicio público del Estado”, precisó.
