Detenidos responsables del ataque contra el Sistema Eléctrico Nacional en Carabobo
El vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, G/J Néstor Reverol, informó que fueron capturados los responsables del ataque contra el Sistema Eléctrico Nacional (SEN), específicamente en las torres 14 y 15 de la línea Planta Centro – Valle Seco en el sector Taborda del estado Carabobo.
Desde la sede del Centro Nacional de Despacho, ubicado en El Marqués, estado Miranda, el General en Jefe detalló que este grupo estructurado de delincuencia organizada extraía las piezas de las torres de alta tensión como lo son perfiles y ángulos, a fin de traficar con el material sustraído para la fabricación artesanal de mostradores, portones, puertas metálicas, bases para tanques de agua y estanterías, mientras las infraestructuras eléctricas colapsan y colocan en riesgo la estabilidad y confiabilidad del servicio eléctrico en la entidad.
Los detenidos fueron identificados como José Ramón Pinto Medina, José Gregorio Coiman Rivas, Brian López y Carlay Del Carmen López, quienes confesaron cómo son contratados por grupos extremistas para causar malestar en la población y fallas al SEN.
Inaugurada Sala Situacional contra la Guerra Eléctrica
El G/J Néstor Reverol reiteró que ante los ataques continuos contra el servicio eléctrico en Venezuela, este viernes fue inaugurada la Sala Situacional contra la Guerra Eléctrica, que cuenta con un sistema de alertas tempranas para prevenir, descubrir y neutralizar cualquier atentado a los servicios públicos en todo el país.
Explicó que contará con una Unidad de Investigación de Siniestros donde se revisarán las acciones que involucren conspiraciones internas y externas, fallas de programas para detectar quienes son los responsables de los actos de sabotaje.
Esta unidad está bajo la tutela de la Gerencia General de Prevención y Protección de Corpoelec, en coordinación con el Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones Interiores, Justicia y Paz.
“Estará integrada por expertos del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas, Penales y Criminalísticas (Cicpc), a la orden del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional (SEN) para profundizar las investigaciones en tiempo real”, dijo Reverol Torres, acompañado del vicepresidente Sectorial para la Seguridad Ciudadana y la Paz, A/J Remigio Ceballos y demás autoridades del sector.
El también Ministro del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica, indicó que se creó la Unidad de Aeronaves Pilotadas a Distancia, con 60 drones, entre ellos ocho con cámaras térmicas para hacer vuelos nocturnos, que permitirá supervisar todas las redes, tendidos, transmisiones y subestaciones, para de esta manera ser más efectivos en la supervisión de las instalaciones eléctricas.
Igualmente, se tiene una sala de vigilancia y monitoreo del SEN en todas las subestaciones, “tenemos al día de hoy más de 300 cámaras de vigilancia y la meta de este año es de llegar a las 1600”, dijo.
El titular del Mppee manifestó que fue reestructurada la Fuerza de Choque de la FANB, con nuevos mandos y designaciones en cada estado, a fin de tener una vigilancia permanente ante cualquier acto de sabotaje o de terrorismo.
“Queremos que el pueblo de Venezuela denuncie a las mafias a través de correo: denuncialasmafias@gmail.com, o cualquier irregularidad a los funcionarios de Corpoelec para poner atender en tiempo real al SEN”, enfatizó.
