Beneficiados más de 13 mil jubilados del sector eléctrico con Jornada Médico Integral
(Prensa MPPEE– Caracas 20/01/2023).- El Fondo Autoadministrado de Salud del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica (Fasmee), realizó este viernes de manera simultánea en todo el territorio nacional una Jornada Médico Integral para el personal jubilado del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional (SEN).
Durante la actividad se ofrecieron diferentes especialidades médicas, entre ellas medicina general, oftalmología, laboratorio, vacunación contra la Covid-19 y entregas de ayudas técnicas, para 13 mil 808 jubilados.
En ese contexto, el presidente del Fasmee, Coronel Rafael Betancourt recalcó que esta jornada cumple con la primera línea estratégica de trabajo del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional para el 2023, referida a la protección integral y bienestar del trabajador, planteada recientemente por el presidente de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, y ejecutada por el vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, G/J Néstor Reverol.
«Se está desplegando a nivel nacional el programa especializado para enfermedades crónicas, en este caso la hipertensión y la diabetes. Además, los trabajadores fueron evaluados por médicos internistas en esta área, al tiempo que se está haciendo la entrega de los insumos y medicamentos para mantener controlada este tipo de patología”, precisó desde el Centro de Servicio Santa Rosa, ubicado en Caracas.
Betancourt destacó igualmente la activación de un área de odontología en este centro de servicio, para el beneficio de la fuerza trabajadora que requiera atención en esta especialidad.
Finalmente, indicó que los beneficiarios contaron con los servicios de la red de Abastos Bicentenario y de Lácteos Los Andes, en los cuales adquirieron productos alimenticios y tecnológicos a precios módicos.
Por su parte, Francisco Acosta, jubilado de la Corporación Eléctrica Nacional (Corpoelec) felicitó al Ministro para la Energía Eléctrica, por todas las gestiones que está realizando con el personal jubilado y activo, «realmente ha sido una jornada muy bien organizada, muy buena logística y buena atención», sentenció.
