Caracas, 07 de noviembre de 2020 (Prensa MPPEE).- Como parte del plan de inspecciones, revisión profunda y planificada a toda la infraestructura del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional (SEN), el ministro del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica, G/J Néstor Reverol visitó Subestaciones y Plantas Termoeléctricas de los estados Miranda y Carabobo.
En la inspección a la Planta Termoeléctrica India Urquía, ubicada en el municipio Paz Castillo de la entidad mirandina, el titular de la cartera eléctrica señaló que: “durante la visita fueron evaluados el estatus de los proyectos de mejoramiento, así como los procesos de generación, distribución y transmisión para garantizar el 100% de funcionamiento de estas instalaciones”.
Entre tanto, en el recorrido a la Central Termoeléctrica Planta Centro y Termocarabobo II, ubicadas en el municipio Juan José Mora del estado Carabobo, el Ministro Reverol, indicó que: “fueron revisados todos los espacios de las dos plantas más importantes del centro del país, donde realizamos un diagnóstico de los procesos para aumentar la generación termoeléctrica de la nación”.
El también Vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, señaló que fue propicia la ocasión carabobeña para conversar “con nuestros trabajadores y trabajadoras, quienes a pesar de la guerra multiforme contra el sector eléctrico, no han desmayado en cumplir con su labor. Por ello hemos planeado la construcción de un sistema de bienestar social para abordar todas las necesidades de los hombres y mujeres que laboran en este sector”.
