El Sector eléctrico nacional cuenta con nuevas unidades de traslado y respuesta inmediata para atender la fuerza laboral, así lo informó el ministro del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica, G/J Néstor Reverol, durante la entrega de vehículos tipo ambulancias para fortalecer los servicios que brinda el Fondo Administrado de Salud de Energía Eléctrica (Fasmee).
«Cumpliendo instrucciones del presidente de la República, Nicolás Maduro, estamos entregando a los trabajadores y trabajadoras del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional (SEN), 35 ambulancias, todas totalmente repotenciadas, entre ellas 10 nuevas”, aseguró el también Vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios.
La puesta en marcha de estas unidades médicas forma parte del Plan de Recuperación de la Flota Terrestre que se lleva a cabo actualmente en todo el territorio nacional y se desplegarán en las 24 entidades del país para beneficiar a más de 193 mil personas de la gran familia del SEN, sus trabajadores y familiares directos, “para garantizar el derecho fundamental de la salud, en medio de esta terrible pandemia que tenemos y nos azota como lo es la COVID-19″, dijo.
El Ministro precisó que las ambulancias están equipadas totalmente. «Aquí estamos con dos ambulancias nivel 3 que son para cuidados intensivos, y cuenta con toda la tecnología y accesorios que se necesiten para el traslado de pacientes de cuidados intensivos».
El titular de la cartera de Energía Eléctrica, destacó que «la repotenciación de estas unidades no se hizo en ninguna empresa, ni en talleres privados. En medio de la adversidad nosotros nos fortalecemos, esto está hecho por nuestra fuerza laboral en nuestros talleres, recuperando su identidad nacional”.
Subrayó que próximamente se iniciará el reacondicionamiento de los 66 centros de salud de la Corporación Eléctrica Nacional (Corpoelec), que hay en el país para de esta manera ofrecer una óptima atención médica.
