Presentan proyectos en ISA para el uso de energías alternativas en Venezuela
Durante una videoconferencia de la IV Asamblea General de la Alianza Internacional Solar (ISA, por sus siglas en inglés), autoridades de Venezuela presentaron los nuevos proyectos de sistemas fotovoltaicos que se desarrollan en el país, con el compromiso de cumplirlos, como parte de su empeño en la utilización de las energías limpias.
La viceministra para las Nuevas Fuentes y Uso Racional de la Energía del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica (Mppee), Tania Masea, quien representó a la nación, reafirmó el compromiso del Gobierno Bolivariano de contribuir con la preservación del planeta, al mencionar que se tiene previsto la incorporación de aproximadamente 1.300 Megavatios al Sistema Eléctrico Nacional (SEN), que se generarán en diferentes energías alternativas con impulso a los proyectos fotovoltaicos.
“Actualmente estamos con la recuperación de la fábrica de paneles solares y de aerogeneradores e, igualmente, estamos promocionando la incorporación de la ley de energías alternativas, que son dos instrumentos que tiene el país para mostrar el desarrollo de energía solar ante los 72 países miembros que están participando, más los 30 países observadores”, indicó la Viceministra Masea.
Durante el encuentro detalló que, se han instalado más de 3 mil 300 sistemas fotovoltaicos en el territorio nacional, beneficiando a más de 257 mil habitantes que residen en zonas aisladas de los centros energéticos.
Igualmente, reiteró la propuesta de la iniciativa de Petrocaribe Solar, que fue presentada por el presidente de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, en 2019, como compromiso de desarrollo de energías limpias.
Por su parte, el director general de Energías Alternativas del Mppee, Renzo Silva, declaró que “ISA es una organización consolidada para promover el desarrollo de la energía solar y actualmente, todos los miembros participantes tienen la máxima instancia de presentar la rendición de cuentas de lo realizado en los últimos años, su plan estratégico para los próximos 5 años, así como la incorporación de dos nuevos programas que tienen que ver con el uso, reuso y reciclaje, y el hidrógeno solar.”
La Asamblea General de la Alianza Internacional Solar, comenzó el 18 octubre y finalizará el jueves 21 del mismo mes, donde Venezuela miembro desde el año 2016, participa en cada una de las diferentes jornadas de formación que imparten países como Francia, varias naciones africanas y latinoamericanas, jornadas que ayudan a la capacitación del personal del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica (Mppee), y de diferentes empresas que cooperan al desarrollo de los sistemas fotovoltaicos.
