Más de 2 mil repuestos fueron entregados por el vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, G/J, Néstor Reverol, para fortalecer el plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de cisternas pertenecientes al Sistema Hídrico Nacional.
“En cumplimento de instrucciones del presidente de la República, Nicolás Maduro, hacemos entrega de la segunda fase de 2 mil 96 partes, piezas, repuestos, cauchos, filtros, repuestos de todo tipo, para los 265 súper cisternas desplegados en el territorio nacional, y que se encuentran dentro del Plan Complementario de Abastecimiento de Agua a través de Cisternas que lleva al frente la Guardia del Pueblo”, expresó el General en Jefe.
Informó que se otorgaron más de mil 500 cauchos para reemplazar el desgaste que han tenido las unidades en las 322 mil jornadas que han desarrollado, donde se han distribuido 2 mil 800 millones de litros de agua potable, que benefician a más de 7 millones de venezolanos y venezolanas.
Reverol Torres, destacó la importancia del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, con el que se ha logrado tener el 90% de estas unidades activas en el país, gracias al plan que se ha ejecutado en los últimos dos años.
