Evalúan planes operativo y jurídico para garantizar el comercio de material estratégico desincorporado de Corpoelec
El vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, G/J Néstor Reverol y el Fiscal General de la República, Tarek Wiliam Saab, lideraron una mesa de trabajo conformada por un equipo multidisciplinario que evaluará los planes de apoyo operativo y jurídico para garantizar el comercio del material estratégico desincorporado de sus Ministerios y entes adscritos.
Desde la sede del Ministerio Público, en Parque Carabobo, Caracas, el General en Jefe, informó que “esta mesa de trabajo busca afinar protocolos y estrategias con los administradores de justicia, pero también con los operadores de justicia con conocimiento pleno acerca del comercio y de la disposición final del material estratégico para seguir impulsando el desarrollo nacional por esta vía”.
Durante el encuentro, se analizó además la propuesta para elaborar un protocolo de comercialización de los pasivos ambientales de Corporación Eléctrica Nacional (Corpoelec), y la coordinación de inspecciones con la Superintendencia de Bienes Públicos (Sudebip).
Igualmente, indicó que se establecerán acciones conjuntas para sancionar y penalizar el vandalismo, sabotaje y hurto de material estratégico de la Estatal eléctrica.
Todas estas acciones –dijo el también titular del despacho de Energía Eléctrica- impulsan el desarrollo de proyectos que fortalecen el Sistema Eléctrico Nacional.
