Diseñan Plan para el mantenimiento de unidades terrestres y fortalecer la capacidad operativa en el país
El vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, G/J, Néstor Reverol, sostuvo este jueves un importante encuentro de trabajo con el Ministro del Poder Popular para el Transporte, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán y representantes de las Operadoras de Transporte Público (OTP), con el objetivo de diseñar una política de mantenimiento de las unidades terrestres para fortalecer la capacidad operativa del servicio en el país.
Reverol destacó que durante la reunión se diseñó igualmente un mapa de soluciones para garantizarles a los transportistas el suministro de combustible, con el propósito de mejorar la movilidad de la población venezolana.
“También instruí a las OTP que deben utilizar el sistema Veticket para asegurar un cobro actualizado, permitiéndoles a los usuarios y usuarias hacer uso de los beneficios que reciben a través del Carnet de la Patria”, sostuvo el General en Jefe.
Recuperarán más de 1.400 autobuses en 2023
Por otra parte, el Vicepresidente Sectorial anunció que durante el año 2023 serán recuperadas más de 1.400 unidades a través del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo del Sistema Nacional de Transporte.
Agregó que se adquirieron insumos para 3.500 vehículos, así como 240 nuevas unidades, todo ello con el fin de optimizar el servicio de transporte público.
“El Gobierno Nacional sigue implementando políticas en materia de transporte público para vencer las consecuencias del bloqueo económico que enfrenta el país”, finalizó Reverol.
