Iniciará proceso de matriculación para transportistas públicos de tipo urbano en el país

Prensa Vsops (02-03-2023).- El vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, G/ J Néstor Reverol, informó este jueves sobre el inicio de un proceso de matriculación para los transportistas públicos de tipo urbano en el territorio nacional.

La información la dio a conocer el General en Jefe luego de un contacto satelital, donde se realizó la presentación de la Fábrica Nacional de Placas Identificadoras de Vehículos, ubicada en la parroquia La Dolorita, en el municipio Sucre del estado Miranda, con motivo del acto por la celebración del cuarto aniversario de la Gran Misión Transporte Venezuela que estuvo liderado por la Vicepresidenta Ejecutiva, Delcy Rodríguez.

“Es una excelente noticia esta nueva fábrica de placas, que anteriormente la teníamos que traer importadas. Esto nos va a permitir a nosotros comenzar un proceso de renovación y de nuevo registro de matriculación, sobre todo para tener un estricto control del transporte urbano que es nuestra prioridad”, precisó.

Reverol destacó que igualmente se llevará a cabo un proceso de registro de matriculación a motorizados y taxistas del país.

“Nuestra prioridad es la atención a toda el área de transporte, pero más que todo al transporte urbano, suburbano e interurbano”, afirmó.

Finalmente, recordó que recientemente sostuvo una reunión de trabajo con la Mesa Nacional de Diálogo del sector de Transporte Público y con representantes de diferentes gremios del transporte de carga y Operadores de Transporte Público a nivel nacional, para establecer un conjunto de políticas.
