“Hace seis meses comenzó el programa “Creo en Ti”, impulsado por nuestro vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, G/J Néstor Reverol, donde hemos ingresado a la fuerza trabajadora un 5% de personas con discapacidad. Esta incorporación lo que busca es dinamizar los logros que ya se han obtenido, después de la firma de ese convenio”, expresó la viceministra para la Articulación y Participación Social del Mppee, Nuris Perozo.
Indicó que este plan de formación, busca sensibilizar a los integrantes de las diferentes áreas de la institución para que sean multiplicadores de las diferentes herramientas que aprenden durante el curso.
“Seguimos trabajando para acondicionar los espacios, infraestructuras y el ambiente laboral que sea propicio para nuestros compañeros con discapacidad. Tenemos previsto para el año 2025, integrar mil 600 compañeros y compañeras en todo el sector eléctrico», afirmó Perozo.
Destacó que se desarrolló una jornada de clasificación, calificación y certificación para personas con discapacidad, y de ahí se hizo una captación según sus aptitudes para formar parte de las filas laborales del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional.
