Autoridades acuerdan planes para fortalecer servicios básicos en el país durante el 2021
Como parte de las acciones del Plan 200 Carabobo, este lunes el vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, G/J Néstor Reverol, desde el Circulo Militar, ubicado en Caracas, aseveró durante un encuentro con representantes de energía eléctrica, agua potable y gas doméstico de las 24 entidades del país, secretarios de gobierno y diputados a la Asamblea Nacional, que se debatieron diversos temas con el fin de lograr la estabilización de los servicios públicos durante este año 2021.
El también Ministro del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica, manifestó se está preparando el Plan Guaicaipuro, soportado en el mapa priorizado de soluciones para blindar a Caracas en esta materia.
Apuntó que se trabajará en “un mapa priorizado de soluciones en los próximos 200 días, hemos debatido los temas que tienen que ver con el sistema hídrico nacional en todo lo que respecta a los niveles de diagnóstico” (…) y llegar a los lugares donde el pueblo necesita el vital líquido”.
“También hemos trabajado sobre un plan especial de transporte de la sustancias químicas para lograr la potabilización de las aguas. Vamos a aprovechar el proyecto que está haciendo el Ministerio de Transporte, para utilizar nuestras vías marítimas como espacio de traslado” indicó el General en Jefe.
Igualmente, anunció la creación de un Sistema de Alerta Temprana que permita dar información a quien verdaderamente tiene la respuesta y un plan de supervisión a través de una Sala Situacional Nacional que se lleva desde la sede del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica, donde los Secretarios Generales de Gobierno, envíen los reportes semanales y en tiempo real, además de realizar videoconferencias cada 15 días, para revisar la situación y constatar la efectividad de los mismos.
Por su parte, Reverol Torres manifestó que serán incorporadas las cuadrillas necesarias al sistema hídrico y eléctrico del país, para que puedan atender y acortar el tiempo de respuestas ante cualquier evento, evitar mayores molestias en la población, así como también ejecutar un plan nacional de adquisición de herramientas y un plan de atención a las tomas ilegales o clandestinas de agua.
Puntualizó que se debatió el sistema tarifario en la parte eléctrica, hídrica y de gas, para estandarizarlas y ajustarlas en las áreas no residenciales, es decir en las zonas comerciales e industriales.
