Gobierno Nacional activa proceso de georreferenciación de servicios públicos
El Gobierno nacional activa un proceso de georreferenciación de las Mesas Técnicas asociadas al Congreso Nacional de Servicios Públicos que se viene desarrollando en el país, tomando como base el sistema estadístico y geográfico nacional, a fin de establecer la Red Nacional de Servicios Públicos (Renaser).
Así lo informó el vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios, G/J Néstor Reverol, luego de un encuentro con el vicepresidente Sectorial de Planificación, Ricardo Menéndez, realizado este martes, en la sede del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica.
El General en Jefe destacó que hasta la fecha han sido visitados 15 estados del territorio nacional, con el objetivo de debatir con las diferentes expresiones del Poder Popular, los mapas de soluciones y la elaboración de la Agenda Concreta de Acción, donde se han identificado los requerimientos en materia de energía eléctrica, agua, gas, transporte, telecomunicaciones, obras públicas y de desechos sólidos.
“Esto nos permite vaciar toda la información de los representantes de las mesas de los servicios públicos en este sistema, que es una herramienta tecnológica, para comenzar a georreferenciar cada una de las comunidades que están identificadas dentro del mapa y que ha sido un trabajo realizado por la Vicepresidencia Sectorial de Planificación”, precisó.
Apuntó que más de 45 mil comunidades han sido georreferenciadas, para formar las Brigadas de Gestión Popular de los Servicios Públicos.
Por su parte, el vicepresidente Sectorial de Planificación, Ricardo Menéndez, agregó que una vez que esté activa la georreferenciación del Poder Popular en las mesas de agua, telecomunicaciones o electricidad, se le solicita a la persona la cédula de identidad, y un dato muy importante, la comunidad donde habita.
Cada uno de los mapas de soluciones que están haciendo en el Congreso Nacional de Servicios Públicos será georreferenciado, y por supuesto, tendrá una maximización de la eficiencia desde el punto de vista de las políticas públicas del Gobierno Revolucionario.
