Enaltecen la labor de la mujer en el sector eléctrico nacional
A propósito del Día Internacional de la Mujer, la fuerza trabajadora del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Energía Eléctrica, celebra con amor y devoción el trabajo incansable que realiza las femeninas en nuestro país.
«En Venezuela, la mujer juega un rol protagónico dentro de la sociedad; ellas son el pilar fundamental desde la llegada de la Revolución Bolivariana en nuestra patria», así las felicitó el vicepresidente Sectorial de Obras Públicas y Servicios y también titular del despacho de Energía Eléctrica, G/J Néstor Reverol, a través de su cuenta en la red social Instagram.
Destacó su admiración y respeto por la dedicación del poder femenino, hacia las labores que ejercen para el fortalecimiento del Sistema Eléctrico Nacional (SEN).
Por su parte, la viceministra de Nuevas Fuentes y Uso Racional y Eficiente de la Energía Eléctrica, Tania Masea manifestó, «en este sector tenemos un gran liderazgo por parte de la mujer. Estamos ocupando cargos que antes eran solo para los hombres. Y en este momento le damos el reconocimiento a la labor, la gestión y la capacidad que tenemos para cumplir con estos roles».
Asimismo, Leidy Laya, trabajadora de Corpoelec del Centro de Servicio (CDS) La Yaguara, precisó que hay una sociedad que no acepta que las mujeres realicen algún tipo de trabajo masculino, siempre habían estereotipos, y ahora se demuestra lo contrario.
De igual manera, Greinkeline Rebolledo, trabajadora del CDS Santa Rosa, aseguró que actualmente les están dando muchas oportunidades a las mujeres, para realizar labores pesadas. «A pesar de que en Corpoelec el trabajo esté dirigido al hombre, por la labor de campo que se hace aquí, siento que nos consideran y nos apoyan», dijo.
Todos los 8 de marzo se celebra el Día Internacional de la Mujer Trabajadora, para luchar por la igualdad, la participación y el empoderamiento de la mujer en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad.
